Writer's Block: Out of fashion
mrjewls305
if i could choose a fashion that would go out of style permanently i would definitely choose skinny jeans. Guys shouldnt be wearing skinny jeans. Skinny jeans should be worn by females and only females. People dont want to see men walking around in jeans that show off their lower body shape.

Writer's Block: Invisibility cloak
mrjewls305
If i could be invisible for a day i would definitely go to area 51. I would explore all areas of area 51 and would try to unfold all of its secrets. I would videotape my findings with my invisible camcorder. I think i would be shocked rather than upset at what i found.

Writer's Block: News development
mrjewls305
the first major news event that i remember hearing as a child was the september 11 attacks. i was in school when i learned of the situation. Most of the kids were being picked up from school early. When the attacks took place i was scared and i didnt know what my future would be like. I didnt know how safe i was.I thought the world was in trouble.

Writer's Block: Surfin’ Safari
mrjewls305
Yes. I bring my laptop with me when i go on vacation. Sometimes i bring it just because i have some work to complete but most of the time it is just for the joy of surfing the web. I also have all of my music on my laptop so when i bring it with me i can enjoy my tunes. Laptops are so convenient because its like having internet in your pocket. You're one click away from any news around the world.

Writer's Block: 420 friendly?
mrjewls305
Yes! I strongly agree with this policy. Jails and prisons around the country are over-saturated with criminals. The last thing the legal system should be worrying about is possession of marijuana. We are wasting time and money going after the criminals using marijuana. Now if a person is distributing marijuana then that is a completely different story but possession of it in small quantities should be tolerated. Marijuana has never been documented as the reason for death in any individual. Alcohol has proved to be more dangerous but it remains legal. Why? Because the government profits off of it. Cigarettes have also proved more lethal than marijuana.

Writer's Block: Welcome to the mobile decade
mrjewls305
If i could give this decade a name i would call it the decade of global warming. We have had a lot of natural disasters in the past 10 years. Hurricane Katrina was devastating to the city of New Orleans. The earthquakes in Haiti, Chile, and Argentina have proved destructive. Also, ice glaciers are melting and causing a lot of problems for the ocean. Oxygen in our oceans are steadily decreasing and is causing a big problem for organisms in the water.

Writer's Block: Mobile etiquette
mrjewls305
I don't necessarily get offended when someone repeatedly checks their mobile phone but i do get annoyed and can feel somewhat disrespected. I just personally believe it is rude to excessively check their cellular phone while your out to dinner because the person sitting in front of you should be more important than constant irrelevant text messages. I won't usually say something unless I'm really familiar with that person and comfortable with them.

Writer's Block: Copy that
mrjewls305
The thought of human cloning bothers the heck out of me. I think it is terrible. If human cloning starts to take place in the future it will be sad because the individuality aspect of human life will be gone. Everyone will act the same, dress the same, speak the same, and think the same. We would be like walking computers. The long-term societal impact would definitely be negative.

Writer's Block: Random acts
mrjewls305
My last random act of kindness took place about one week ago while i was working at Fleming (restaurant). It was pretty hectic for a Thursday night. I was busy pacing back and forth fetching people some water and more bread. People were coming and going. One couple left and i did not notice until i saw their table empty with their check on the table. I noticed a black sweater hanging on the back of a chair. I immediately rushed outside with the sweater and spotted a white BMW accelerate out of the parking lot. I sprinted about 25 yards and waved the sweater in the air. The man in the passenger seat claimed it and was so grateful.

Writer's Block: Obama drama
mrjewls305
I think President Obama is doing good so far. I think we have to all take into consideration that Bush was in office for 8 years poorly handeling the economy. President Obama has been in office for just about a year and he is trying to revive the economy by passing a stimulus bill and adding more taxes. He might, however, be doing a little too much and as a result there will be plenty of opportunities for error. I would vote the same way and choose him as my best suited candidate for presidency. The State of the Union address just showed me his determination and his perseverence. he will not give up no matter who is in his way and that is a good quality for a president to have.
